The enterprise TELEBALT is a single production complex that can be inspected at the following address: 236005, Kaliningrad, Kamskaya street, 62. The enterprise TELEBALT has exercised the right to create separate divisions with their own accounting, which they use to evade responsibility to workers. The court, the prosecutor's office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Bailiff Service, and the State Labor Inspectorate for some reason do not want to see this! Could it be that corruption is preventing them? LLC "Telebalt", LLC "Technobalt", LLC "Teleline", Kaliningrad, being from 2006 to 2009 dependent on one affiliate individual - the general director and founder of these companies Miklin Sergey Robertovich, represented a single enterprise TELEBALT. (According to the magazine "Forbes" in October 2009, the number of employees of the TELEBALT enterprise decreased by 38%). We refused the offer to resign "at our own request" and were dismissed by the human resources department under articles of the RF Labor Code. We won the courts, but were not allowed to work and our salaries are not paid, as the former "LLC" of the TELEBALT enterprise have been re-registered by the legal department and resold along with the workers to the "liquidators". General director Balandyuk Yu.N. (wife), liquidator Balandyuk M. (husband) – a family business! Workers were deceived by the legal department of the enterprise and abandoned by state agencies. Why doesn't the Labor Inspectorate intervene? Why is there no state oversight of compliance with labor laws? Are the laws applied selectively? We, the employees of the enterprise, viewed our work at the enterprise as primary, have labor books with "bad records" and court rulings on accrued wages, but none of the court rulings has been fulfilled. We have been abandoned by the state for trying to defend our rights in court. Courts do not care that their decisions are not implemented! The bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service display criminal negligence! Articles 145.1, 159, 171, 306, 315 of the RF Criminal Code are not applied to offenders. Our applications to the police and the investigative committee of the prosecutor's office yield no results! Deductions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the insurance portion based on the wages awarded by the court are not made, there are no deductions for the mandatory health insurance fund, the Social Insurance Fund! Information for reflection: LLC "Telebalt" and LLC "Technobalt", Kaliningrad, being from 2006 to 2007 dependent on one affiliate individual - the general director of the indicated companies (Miklin S.R.), used customs benefits on the basis of Federal Law No. 13 (LLC "Telebalt") and tax benefits on the basis of Federal Law No. 16 (LLC "Technobalt"), as a result of which damage was inflicted to the federal budget in the amount equal to the volume of provided customs exemptions (1.3 billion rubles). In accordance with article 23.12 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the RF, the federal labor inspectorate and subordinate state labor inspection agencies examine cases of administrative offenses provided for by part 1 of articles 5.27, 5.28–5.34, 5.44 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the RF. We asked the state labor inspectorate to take action, but received only boilerplate replies from them. For more than a year and a half in Kaliningrad, the courts' decisions on reinstating us to our former jobs have not been enforced. By law, decisions must be executed immediately! Judges, bailiffs, prosecutors, investigators, "entrepreneurs" - have not suffered and apparently feel quite confident! Everyone ignores the LAWS!
