Review about job: LLC SPAR Kaliningrad - Kaliningrad

They didn’t respond for a MONTH. The application was sent on October 20, and there was no answer until November 22. When I called them, they replied that they had too many applications. It's their problem if they can’t handle it - they should hire additional specialists. And regarding the outcome, it turns out that: a) during all this time my resume wasn’t even viewed, b) the person at the number in the ad does not answer calls. They refer to labor legislation, but it doesn't help much. Besides, they still didn’t respond to the email I sent to the HR department. I wouldn’t recommend working with them to anyone. With such an attitude, it’s better to work somewhere else, with someone more responsible, because in this case, the irresponsibility is evident.
