Don't go to work at Auchan, especially in "fresh", don't believe the fairy tales that it's a pleasure to work there, managers force you to work without days off, without paid overtime, if you're late by one (!) minute - write an explanation. They constantly THREATEN to fire you, will "stick everything on you", any delays, shortages, fines from state inspections. And if you start to defend your rights, they start to PRESSURE and INTIMIDATE you, saying "you have no chance, we have connections everywhere". The salary is miserable (11,000-12,000), the lowest among all hypermarkets in the region, and the amount of work is just colossal. With the salary of the day shift, you can only "stretch your legs", working at night, you can somehow make ends meet, but the demands are even higher. As for deadlines, it's just awful, God forbid if you miss anything. In the department where I worked, the minimum deadline is 2 days and the department is large, there are several thousand products on the shelves, of course, in 8 hours of work, you can't physically manage to review everything yourself + you also need to stock the shelves with products, but nobody cares. They don't care that it's inconvenient for you to work at night or during the day, they'll do it as they need. For the sake of high performance indicators, they ruthlessly exploit people in essentially slave labor. There is a very harsh pressure on people, with their screams and threats bringing you to tears, you live in constant fear, employees are NOT valued AT ALL. An adequate manager is very rarely found, mainly those who snitch and seek favor from the bosses are satisfied with their work, or those who happen to have a normal, balanced manager, which happens very rarely. From "displeasing" employees, who can stand up for their rights, they set traps, throw expired products into your department and fire you. RUN AWAY FROM AUCHAN, BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE OR YOU'LL END UP WITH A BUNCH OF PROBLEMS AND A SHATTERED PSYCHE!
