Recenzija o poslu: Head of the Technical Department - Moscow

I worked at this construction company for over 1 year and want to leave an honest review about the situation within the team. Unfortunately, the working conditions leave much to be desired. The work conditions are constantly deteriorating: they are cutting jobs, reducing payments for overtime and extra hours, while often extra hours are not paid at all. There are no bonuses or incentives for good work, and there can't be — the management completely ignores employee motivation. As a result, it becomes increasingly difficult and less interesting to work, and the attitude towards employees leaves much to be desired. I hope management pays attention to these problems and takes measures to improve the situation.
