It's better not to work in the warehouse. Kostik drives away all the normal workers or creates conditions for them to leave. She's just a silly woman who was bullied by everyone in her childhood. Who knows who hired such a pathetic type of manager, probably someone similar who's clueless about the job and doesn't want to know, but also hinders others from working.
