Specifically about "Auchan" in Moscow, Besedinskiy highway, building 15 (Brateyevo district). They always need staff at this "Auchan". The conditions are luxurious. BUT!!!! As soon as you try to apply for a job at this "Auchan" they ask you to fill out a form with the condition of allowing the processing of your personal data. You agree in the hope of honesty, but you will definitely be refused by default without any explanations. Advertising about attractive vacancies will continue. On January 27, 2023, I decided to apply via the official Auchan website for a vacancy. I was scheduled for an interview on January 30, 2023, at "Auchan" at the address: Moscow, Besedinskiy highway, building 15. (I have a screenshot of the interview appointment or can send it to the specified address). Documents were required for consideration at the interview. On January 30, 2023, I arrived at 11:55 AM at the above-mentioned address. How surprised I was when no one was going to conduct the interview with me. They threw a form on the sales counter and said, "fill it out." I showed on my phone the message from the central office inviting me for an interview at 12:30 PM on January 30, 2023. But no one wanted to listen to me. "Fill out the form." I filled out the form. But no one was going to come to me for the form. I waited 35 minutes and began to call the central staffing office from where I received the invitation for the interview. An employee from the central office answered and was surprised that I was not invited for the interview. He promised to sort it out. They began to contact the management of this "Auchan," saying that someone would come down to me at the "customer service desk." Another 35 minutes passed, but no one came down. I called the central office again (all screenshots of messages are attached). The HR employee said that they came down, but did not see me. They tried to directly contact the HR employee to summon someone from management. Finally, a young girl with a badge named Anastasia approached the counter and decided to conduct the interview with me. When I asked her to identify her authority, she stated that she was the manager of the sales floor, but refused to confirm her authority. When I asked how I could show you the documents that you requested for the interview (passport, military ID, SNILS, TIN, work book), she began to accuse me of inadequacy. Next, another employee in Auchan's corporate uniform, who was older, intervened in our conversation on Anastasia's side. When I asked the intervening employee who she was, she announced that her name was Anna and that she was a partner of the Auchan company. At my request to identify herself and show documents, Anna rudely responded and demonstratively began to walk away. At my request to introduce herself anyway, she flatly refused.
