The job vacancy and the interview left a very strange impression.
The vacancy stated the position of a procurement manager working with suppliers from China. However, it became clear during the interview that the company, judging by the questions, was actually looking for a logistics/general operations employee. At the same time, the company representative began to ask questions specifically about experience in logistics and finance and emphasized that they are not ready to train anyone.
This raises the question: why invite a candidate when it would have been enough to simply read the resume carefully beforehand? It feels as if the company itself doesn’t fully understand who exactly they are looking for.
I was also puzzled by the fact that the "office" has many different LLCs on the doors, which looks like a strong fragmentation of the business.
At the same time, expectations for the candidate are high: procurement, logistics, finance, operations — yet the salary is up to 80,000 net.
Overall, I was left with the impression of wasted time and a somewhat disorganized hiring process.
