სამუშაოს მიმოხილვა: Adidas - Sochi

It is no secret that working as a sales consultant in a shopping center is thankless and meaningless labor. But sometimes circumstances come together in such a way that this is the only option to quickly get a formal job without long unpaid internships. It turned out that I started working as a "style consultant" at Adidas Originals in Sochi. At first, I was amazed at how everything was organized; the RFID system and polytouch were something cosmically progressive to me, and the attitude of employees within the team and the presence of a conscientious HR manager were a very pleasant bonus. Everything ended after two months when I stopped being a newbie—conflicts at work began to arise more and more frequently, there were mutual claims between employees, then the acceptance of deliveries during non-working hours, false information regarding promotions, and everything in that spirit. It's sad to watch colleagues who, in hopes of a promotion even to the pathetic position of senior seller, are ready to sacrifice personal time, freedom, health, and other opportunities for interesting pastimes and living life as a whole. The lack of time to stop and think, "What am I doing with my youth?" leads to becoming a store director (not a fact) after five years of slave labor, and you can't do anything else. By that point, it seems the brain atrophies so much that you start doing unimaginably stupid things, like mocking line employees along with struggling to communicate in Spanish and nothing else. I give special thanks for inspiration for this despicable complaint to Tigran Kocharyan, the director of Adidas in Krasnodar, who decided to test my nerves during an already tense sales period. I've never seen more incompetent behavior from a company representative in my life. Burn in hell, amigo!
