I worked for them twice, and twice did I regret. They outsource people for various activities but treat them awfully. In my case, both times they asked me for help last minute begging that they need me and that the conditions are very good, just please agree to help us. The rate was agreed upon in advance, but no documents were signed because they were in a rush and needed to start having work done immediately. During the process, it turned out that they considered my task too easy to pay that much, and they just cut it in half. I had to manipulate my working time then to get the money I needed (reported I worked longer than in reality), and I was still underpaid. I saw the contract only in a month, and received my payment only 2 months after the project was finished. I had to constantly message them to remind that they still need to pay me. The second time was the same - again an emergency request I could help them out with. That time they assured me that since they already had my personal data, the contract would be ready at once. Unsurprisingly, the scenario repeated. They changed the pay rate during the process, detained the wage, and emailed me the contract long after the work was done. I was furious and swore to never work with them again. The company is always understaffed, which is no surprise. They make their employees to work as B2B for them to evade taxes.
